Process

From engine bay measurements to a custom-fit intake.

Tight Denver and Colorado engine bays need custom fitment. The process keeps the shape practical before it becomes a final intake part.

Built around your Denver-area bay

Fitment comes first.

01

Scan and measure

Capture the surrounding engine bay geometry so the intake route, airbox, brackets, and clearance are designed from real fitment data.

02

Design and print

Model the intake path, 3D print prototypes, and test-fit until the shape clears components and lines up with the throttle body, filter, and mounting points.

03

Finish and install

Produce the final custom auto part in printed composite, carbon-look finish, carbon fiber, or a hybrid setup depending on heat, budget, and appearance goals.
